Payment:
Easy as pie! Just add all the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and you can send us a message through the "Contact" section of our site with the names and approximate sizes of your furry friends. If you've chosen different designs for your each pet, just specify which one gets which name.
Make secure payments through Paypal using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, or your personal Paypal account.
Don't have a Paypal account? No problem!
You can just use your credit card through Paypal without having to set up an account. It's very easy!
Shipping:
Please note that all pet portraits and pet ID tags are handmade especially for you - We do our best to ship your order within 7-14 business days for US orders. Please allow 3 weeks for international orders. (If materials need to be ordered, this time frame could be slightly longer.)
All items are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. Insurance and Priority Mail are available at additional charges. Contact us in the Notes to Seller section upon checkout if you'd like to add any of these services to expedite or insure your order and we'll send you a revised Paypal invoice.
**International Orders: Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Packaging:
All items are packaged securely to insure safe delivery!
Small items such dog tags are packed in a small bag and shipped in a bubble-mailer envelope. Larger items such as pet portraits are wrapped securely in bubble-wrap and newspaper and shipped in a larger bubble-mailer envelope or box.
If you wish to send your item as a gift to a third party, just let us know in the "Notes to Seller" section on your Paypal invoice or in a message in the "contact" section of our site. Items are sent to the Paypal address unless otherwise noted.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item for EXCHANGE ONLY.
You will be responsible for returning all items in their original condition as well as paying the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders:
We specialize in custom orders! Just let us know about any special request you might have, from backgrounds to adding phone numbers to your dog's tag, and we'll work it out!
Keep in mind that all portraits and tags are created by hand and no two pieces are exactly alike - that's what makes them special! While we strive to produce consistent quality work, please remember that due to the nature of the materials, there will be some variation from piece to piece.
